IMPORTANT: The membership charges are NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and NOT AN INVESTMENT. The fee is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances except as explicitly stated in the "Cool Off Period" clause below.
1. Cool Off Period
There shall be a cool off period of 10 days from the date of signing of this Agreement wherein the member can discontinue the agreement by paying a nominal administration charge.
1.1 Administration Charges
The member shall pay Rs. 3,800/- (Rupees Three Thousand Eight Hundred only) as administration charges to the Company for processing the cancellation during the cool off period.
1.2 Refund Timeline
After deduction of the aforesaid amount (Rs. 3,800/-), the remaining amount shall be refunded to the member within 120 days from the date of invoking the cool off period.
1.3 How to Initiate Cancellation
For invoking the cooling off period, the member shall send a written communication to the TRAVELINK COUNTY PRIVATE LTD. Club, Center Customer Care at the following address:

The communication must be sent through registered speed post or via email to the above address.
2. After Cool Off Period
After the expiry of the aforesaid period (10 days), the entire membership fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
Once the cool off period has lapsed, the member shall not be entitled to any refund whatsoever, and the membership fee shall stand forfeited.
3. Payment Defaults & Forfeiture
If the committed amount of fee is not remitted within 45 days from the date of initial payment:
- The money remitted till then would be forfeited by the Company.
- Club & Vacations allotted, if any, would be cancelled without any prior notice.
Note: This clause is not applicable in case of EMI related Membership transactions.
4. EMI Payment Defaults
In the event the Second Party continues to default in completing the payment towards the 'with EMI' price even after a year, then the First Party reserves its right to:
- Forfeit the amount paid till that date, or
- Degrade the benefits of product to the closest priced product to complete the transaction of the Second Party.
The Second Party understands that once the product is degraded, the benefits under this agreement can no longer be availed by the Second Party. Further, any benefits already availed by the Second Party under this agreement prior to degradation will be set off against the benefits of the degraded product closest in value.
5. Holiday Lapse
The Second Party understands that the holidays are to be utilized under the agreement and that once the holiday lapses, the same cannot be renewed under any circumstances.
Unused vacations or benefits cannot be carried forward, rented, or sold to any third party.
